For one of our loyal clients EMH Holding, we are fitting out the renovation project in Mortsel. In Molenstraat, our client is having a duplex flat fitted out. It often happens that we are allowed to furnish a duplex. Normally they are more difficult to sell because of the stairs. You don't have all the rooms accessible on the same floor and you get fewer visitors.
