10 conseils pour une bonne pr\u00e9sentation<\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

1. \u00c9viter les couleurs trop vives<\/h3>\n

Coordonnez les couleurs de la pi\u00e8ce. Une palette de couleurs simples est beaucoup plus \u00e9l\u00e9gante et plus calme. Examinez les couleurs de base pr\u00e9sentes, le sol, les meubles, les fen\u00eatres et d\u00e9veloppez-les.<\/p>\n

2. Ne jamais surcharger les espaces avec des meubles<\/h3>\n

Vous veillez \u00e0 ce qu'il y ait suffisamment de Mobilier<\/a> mais pas plus. Si vous avez un appartement d'une chambre, 3 si\u00e8ges dans le coin salon et une table pour 4 personnes suffisent. Vous assurez la fonctionnalit\u00e9, mais seulement le strict n\u00e9cessaire. 1 meuble TV, 1 buffet, le reste doit dispara\u00eetre. Moins de meubles donnent l'impression que l'espace est plus grand.<\/p>\n

3. Choisissez un \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui attire l'attention par pi\u00e8ce, une vue sur l'ext\u00e9rieur, une chemin\u00e9e, un beau fauteuil design...<\/h3>\n

Avec plusieurs accroche-regards<\/a> weet je niet waar eerst kijken. Je wordt overdonderd door indrukken, dit geeft een gevoel van onrust en haalt je pand naar beneden.<\/p>\n

4. 2 \u00e0 3 accessoires par surface est une bonne r\u00e8gle.<\/h3>\n

Overlaadt geen kasten, vensterbanken of oppervlaktes. Zie ook regel 3 om onrust te vermijden.<\/p>\n

5. \u00c9vitez les fleurs, les fruits ou les plantes en plastique, \u00e0 moins qu'il ne s'agisse de bonnes imitations.<\/h3>\n

Een mooie namaak plant, bloem of stuk fruit kan makkelijk 2 keer zo duur zijn als een echte. Bij Home Staging<\/a> vous \u00eates souvent oblig\u00e9s d'utiliser des faux car les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sont inoccup\u00e9es. Investissez dans de beaux faux ou pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez ne pas placer de plantes ou de fleurs. Une fleur dont on voit qu'elle est fausse est tr\u00e8s rebutante.<\/p>\n

6. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avant tout. V\u00e9rifier que le passage est libre avant de d\u00e9placer des meubles<\/h3>\n

Niets zo ergerlijk dan sleuren met een zwaar meubelstuk, dat je moet neerzetten omdat iets de doorgang blokkeert tijdens je verplaatsing. Het is ook onveilig, je kan struikelen. Controleer de vrije doorgang voordat je begint met verplaatsen.<\/p>\n

7. Ne jamais utiliser de peinture murale (latex) sur du bois<\/h3>\n

La peinture murale sur bois n'est pas du tout professionnelle et entra\u00eene un surcro\u00eet de travail, car il faut enlever la peinture. Apr\u00e8s tout, vous ne voulez pas donner l'impression que le bien a \u00e9t\u00e9 occup\u00e9 par quelqu'un qui ne conna\u00eet m\u00eame pas les r\u00e8gles de base du bricolage.<\/p>\n

8. Ne jamais poser de tapis sur un sol recouvert de moquette.<\/h3>\n

Nous ne vivons pas en Grande-Bretagne o\u00f9 un tapis de sol sur une moquette est une pratique normale. Ce n'est tout simplement pas joli, enlevez ce tapis. Ou mieux encore : remplacez la moquette par du vinyle ou du stratifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n

9. Diff\u00e9rents styles dans une maison (romantique\/classique ou moderne)<\/h3>\n

Je vois souvent des choses romantiques dans un design \u00e9pur\u00e9. Cela cr\u00e9e \u00e9galement un sentiment d'inqui\u00e9tude. Choisissez le style qui pr\u00e9domine dans la maison et \u00e9tendez-le \u00e0 toutes les pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n

10. Moins, c'est plus !<\/h3>\n

Il s'agit d'une r\u00e8gle d'or, applicable partout et surtout \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'Union europ\u00e9enne. Home Staging<\/a>.<\/p>\n
