- Supply/removal, install living and dining room on GLV or via internal lift, bedrooms on 1st floor via internal staircase, optimal furnishing and dressing.
- Contents insurance for damage, breakage, fire, water damage, wear and tear due to normal use excl. theft
- A lease will be drawn up
